Let's Twist Again - Part 3

A 4 track jungle / drum 'n' bass ep (19m 24s) — released July 12th 2010 on Grid Recordings

Over the past 10 years Twisted Individual has helped shaped the face of dancefloor drum and bass. He's now opened up the vaults of his back catalogue to let some of his favourite, and the most in demand producers of the past 10 years get their hands dirty to bring them bang up to date. Plays from DJ's Hype, Marky, Andy C, Grooverider are sure signs they have delivered the goods! Following on from the huge Playaz album Grow Your Wings and winning Best Producer at the 2010 D&B Awards Original Sin causes controversy by remixing one of the biggest tracks from the Twisted vaults 'Rusty Sheriff's Badge'. The original has been rinsed for the past 8 years and has also become a YouTube classic thanks to a cheeky bit of editing. This remix is destined for similar accolades in the future! Zen got his hands on 2001's 'The F Word' and, after washing his mouth out with soapy water, like the original has crafted a genre busting track which will appeal to lovers of D&B and Dubstep. Sub Zero (aka Jake from G Dub) picks the 2009 track 'Donkey Punch', and transforms it to a dirty, high impact dancefloor banger, with cheeky edits and FX's which showcase his considerable production skills. Vital Elements opts for an old skool style of jump up with new skool production values for his remix of the 2001's 'Flesh Wound'. If you think Bristol vibes, rolling beats and warm bass, you'd be on the money here!
