Twisted Individual is back on Grid Recordings with his latest offering for the dancefloor, 'Donkey Punch'. A deceptively calming intro with piano stabs, light rolling drums and atmospheric strings break out into an absolute monster bassline workout. A high pitched call and response bassline driven by tight snappy drums and a rumbling sub mean this track instantly sticks in your head. Unlike a lot of current dancefloor drum and bass this track isn't about the noise, but about the groove. After racking up one of his best releases to date for the last single on Grid Serum is back, and this time reworking the Twisted classic 'Sick Bag'. The original was released back in 2001 as part of the now much sought after Twisted Individutron EP. Serum steps up and brings this classic bang up to date with his 2009 remix keeping the raw energy of the original in place and adding some distinctive Serum touches to the bass.
